Had 1st service done to my Kia today. I had paid for a 3 year plan. I was told the car would be washed and vacuumed. Half of the drivers door was filthy when I picked it up and only the front of the car had been hoovered. This makes me a bit suspicious as to how the rest of the service had been completed. I see on a review over 12 months ago same complaint Only the front half of the car had been vacuumed!!. I also noticed Arnold clark invite you to call and discuss anything with them if not happy. Not something I would do quite honestly .Perhaps next time I will go elsewhere.
I had a booking today at 8 for a service, which there was 2 tyres and 2 brakes pads needing replaced now after I've selected which ones I want I've paid for them which were showing in stock online and now being told that my car won't be ready until half 4 5 o'clock. 8 hrs for two brakes and two tyres I can't believe it
Put my car in for an MOT and serviced it passed with flying colours despite the brake pads havinging an obvious defect. if you value road safety do not use this garage
Great experience all round. All I needed was a new tire and they gave me options of which one I wanted. Kept me updated on my progress.
The staff were helpful with booking my car in for repair. I’ve used them before too and had no issues.

I like the online booking slots, the mechanics were on the ball, I appreciate the video that is sent over looking over the car it shows to me everything is truthful, request is sent through to your mobile for confirming that you are happy for the work to be carried out which is payable via your phoneLuckily the last two times I have not needed any work. There has been past times that other garages lied to get more business from me, which resulted in me withdrawing my car. Very efficient service center.
Very slow service, place was clean and tidy and staff very helpful
Had to go blow up tyres after new one's fitted and get it reset. Said car was hoovered and washed only hoovered front not back of car. A bit disappointed as took out plan for service and mot's. first car i bought for myself after my husband died. Service when i got it was first class
I put my car in to get a new spark plug. I waited 2 weeks for the part and a job that should have took a day to fit, took 3 days. I'm a nurse and I required my car to get to and from work. Because of the inconvenience caused, they dropped it off at my work which I appreciated. After finishing a long and tiring shift I get into my car to discover I have a flat tyre and half a tank of petrol I had a full tank when I put it in for servicing. I have to say I am massively disappointed in Arnold Clark. I made a complaint on their website and I still have not heard back. I would not recommend this place
