They called, identified what needed doing and accomplished the job swiftly and efficiently. They knew what they were doing and were customer orientated. It's great to see. Previous contact with Ford hierarchy had been disspiriting.
We had Mark out to sort our doors on our new build and he was amazing. Such a nice down-to-earth person who had a good chat and was a good laugh. He let me know everything he did and was doing and why. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to have sorted the doors. There's nothing worse than someone you don't know coming in, not talking or telling you what's going on so Mark definitely was a most welcomed stark contrast. Thanks mate! Side Note: I had no dealings with anyone else or organising as our house is still under warranty so the builders dealt with all of that on our behalf.
A very cheeky customer service advisor called Katie called me to book an appointment. I was told she doesn’t make the rules as she couldn’t confirm a more exact time for them to come out than Friday between 8-3. I said I didn’t want to take annual leave for them to replace a bit of plastic on my door but she suggested I should. Not impressed as on two previous occasions they have failed to show up. I spoke to the “manager” Alannah who was also unhelpful but slightly more helpful than Katie. Only using because I am forced to by Persimmon. If I could avoid using them I absolutely would
