Was treated with the utmost kindness and help. I auditioned some amps and got all the time and advice that I needed. Great products from a great variety of brands of which none of pushed by the sellers. Will definitely be back because I felt right at home.
Fantastic high end hifi shop. Really enjoyed my day listening to the new Magico M7 loudspeakers.
Really professional staff. I went without expectations just to see what they have to offer and they were really enthusiastic about showing me some of the gear. They also have the knowledge about specific products and brands so I would highly recommend buying from their advice.
All the high-end hifi stores in London largely sell the same equipment or are able to source/demo. What distinguishes them is the customer service. Fair to say customer service here is bottom of the pile. Visited their showroom today and it was that classic scenario of ‘if you look a certain way you probably can’t afford what we sell’. I was followed very closely around the store and when trying to engage with the salesman he was dismissive, blunt and answered typically with one word. A staggeringly poor experience and has affirmed my decision to shop elsewhere for the same products. Another retailer, Premium Sound, has customer experience second to none and demonstrates what a high-end hifi shopping experience should be. KJ West One should take some notes! I’m a bit overcome at the salesman’s attitude to what should be an enjoyable interaction - discussing the products which bring the passion of audio to life. However it felt as though I was an inconvenience to him. Rest assured I shan’t inconvenience him again and will take my business elsewhere.
Very professional. They carry some of the highest end products on the market. They welcome, browsing without any pressure.
Sebastian went above and beyond recently to help with my selection and purchase of an Innuos Pulsar streamer. I found his advice and passion for what he does genuine and enthralling. He spent a few hours talking me through options and answered all my questions. A friendly and enjoyable experience left me feeling well taken care of and valued. I’ll be back again for sure.
Excellent experience over the weekend at KJ West One. Entered with the intention to quietly browse. It's a great layout with some remarkable products. I pleasantly ended leaving with some fantastic knowledge and new product information. Staff were attentive, friendly and really know their product range! Truly fantastic. Will be back very soon...
We were walking by the KJ store and decided to drop by and inquire about buying a new system. We were impressed by the professional staff who took the time to give us a demonstration. We bought the system and have been much impressed by the after sales service. We thought that Roman was so helpful and attentive. We can only comment on how well we were served and looked after. We would definitely return to this store. Thank you Roman.
5 star service and expertise, especially from Jason. All in all, the best audio products money can buy!
Stopped by on a lark and was greeted by very kind and respectful staff that let me audition Alexia V speakers, even though it was plainly obvious that I was not seriously interested in purchasing anything.
