A Brilliant and Dedicated Team! I would not use anyone else. This is my second property transaction through Kirby’s and each time, I have felt completely at ease knowing my property is in the best hands possible. I have found everyone on the sales team to be knowledgeable and professional. They do not just walk in and say, ‘This is the house.’ They take the time to point out all of the notable and useful features, as well as the possibilities a property may hold. I have found them fair with their evaluations and incredibly supportive during the sale process with brilliant aftersales support. I would not use anyone else!
My partner and I were buying our first property through Kirby, we dealt with Kim who was very friendly and extremely professional. Kim was personable and looked after us from the out set. Our sales negotiator was on the ball and kept us up to date, we were extremely happy with the service provided from Kirby. Fantastic Estate Agents and would highly recommend.
We bought a house through Kirbys and it was a great experience from the initial viewing through to completion. We found them honest, straightforward and thorough with a handover to a sales progressor once our offer was accepted to keep us updated on progress. Altogether a stress free experience and you can’t ask for more when buying a house! The bottles of wine as a housewarming gift were a lovely touch as well. Thank you Sean, Kim and Donna, if we ever decide to move again we will be in touch!
Kirby Estate Agents handled the sale of my late grandmother's house. We were impressed with the level of service received from valuation right through to completion. There was great communication throughout and all the staff were very approachable. We would definitely recommended Kirby Estate Agents and would use them again.

Their work from the very start has been thorough, proactive and efficient, and all delivered with patience and sensitivity, both by them and their excellent staff. Their understanding of their field is very obviously a result of considerable professional experience, as is their comprehension of customer needs and process demands. They really do deserve the epithet of 'client centred', have been exemplary, and I can thoroughly recommend them.
