The customer service from Plympton Connells has been outstanding from the start and has continued to be so throughout the process.  As a first time buyer, Lewis got me in to see the property inquired about very quickly, was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and completely supported me through the early stages.  Since the offer was accepted Connells has been there for me through every aspect of the transaction and made it very clear that they were there if I ever wanted to check anything which helped massively as a first time buyer. They responded to emails and calls very quickly which has made everything run smoothly.  When I came to a potential issue on the side of the solicitors, Connells were there for me and dealt with it quickly and efficiently which has helped ease a lot of stress.  Professional in every aspect and would definitely recommend!

Our experience with Connells started with a recent property viewing with Mary. She was both friendly and professional, with a good level of knowledge about the property. This helps instill confidence as a buyer. Since the viewing, the rest of the team have continued with a high level of customer service.

Very poor by Connells today. my parents were booked I'm for a 430pm viewing on a rented house in plymstock and the estate agents completely no showed. rang the office multiple times and none of them had a clue. apparently Rebecca from plympton was meant to do it but must have double booked as she was at another viewing elsewhere at the time. told they would get a phonecall back and heard nothing since. embarrassingly bad customer service. leaving viewers stranded outside and zero communication p. a simple phonecall apologising and rescheduling would have been the most basic service and my parents didn't even get that. pathetic.

Great service with a smile,it was dual marketed with fox and sons,Connels generated more leads and the best offers for the property in a quicker time.would recommend

The staff at the Plympton office are helpful without being pushy - or going for the 'hard sell'. They have been appropriately communicative, offering advice and support regarding the best way forward and the services they offer. Everything has been explained carefully and considerately and, thus far, our expectations have been met. We are, at this stage only part way through the process but if the current level of service continues; I feel assured this will not change.

Just had to say how absolutely amazing Connells have been, and are continuing to be, they are helping me with my first ever rental property, nothing is too much trouble for them, really feels like a family, everyone is so nice and wonderfully helpful. Whilst all the ladies and gentlemen are so fantastic,  a special mention has to go to Rebecca Nicholson who has really gone above and beyond to help me and to Toni both are absolutely amazing!!

First class customer service! Great service from start to finish. These guys couldn’t do enough to ensure you’re kept up to date with developments, even going the extra mile to ensure all parties are communicating. Working to get the best for their clients is exactly what you expect…and that’s what you get. Selling or buying this would be my agents of choice!

I have worked with Lewis Paterson in the Plympton branch on a few transactions lately and always found him to be super helpful whenever I've needed his assistance. Lewis is proactive and does everything he can do drive his sales through as smoothly as possible, I know that I can just pick up the phone or send him and email and he'll come back to me with whatever I need as quickly as he can

The service I have received from Lewis, Mary and Zoe has been great! From my initial contact with Lewis nothing has been too much trouble considering my sale being a bit complicated. They have put me at ease through my sale when i've been anxious and kept myself and my buyer updated throughout! I have much respect for them for their professionalism but also the personal element they have shown. I would definitely recommend Connells at Plympton

Customer service at its best. Mary ,Zoe and the team have done everthing in there power to find my family a home. They go that extra mile, and dont give up. I am also using Connells mortage adviser and solicitors as this was offered and that's why there customer service is outstanding. They keep me updated, they chase the solicitor when needed, they just call to check in and see if they can do any more. This is customer service at its best. They have made buying a house a little less stressful and I can't thank them enought.
