I've never had to write a bad review before but these guys deserve it. The most shocking service I've experienced in my many years of Google map reviews and investment property buying. Trying to purchase a flat with cash my time was wasted with: flats that had been sold months before, flats for sale one day and off the market the next day, having to chase them for current information, wrong times for appointments, advertised prices that changed upon offers, promised phone calls that never came and ultimately completely unsympathetic understanding of client's needs. A place to be avoided.
I highly recommend Cornell’s . While searching for a property in Plymouth,a particular member of the team,Fred, was constantly updating me with houses which were suitable to my requirements.Very helpful and easy to chat too. Nothing was too much trouble.So a big Thankyou FRED.
Had a really good experience working with Sophie from Connels. They were a great help throughout the process of renting out my flat and always there to support.
We bought the flat through Connells 4 years ago, and were so impressed with the service that we returned to them when we wanted to let the property. Sophie and Katie have been so helpful and kind and able to advise us about all sorts of different aspects of letting, and to reassure us about any worries we had. They found a selection of 5 tenants within 24 hours of listing the property.
Just bought my first flat from Connell’s, just wanted to say a big thank you to Georgie. She was really helpful, I’d been looking for over 6 months with no luck and even missed out on others. She really listened to my wants & needs and was always available if I had any questions, I really felt she went the extra mile. Would highly recommend.
My first impressions with Connells has been fantastic. The representative I have be speaking with Allie has helped in all aspects helping with arranging viewing property's and similar property's helping me find the right place. Being very thorough on all elements of the property's answering any an all questions in a clear concise and professional manner certainly would recommend!
Lost hope in Plymouth to find property...but Sophie and Katy did their best..I've tried most of the agencies in Plymouth even in Cornwall and none of them had same attitude like these ladies..they're doing great job!! And I'm very thankful that I finally have where to live!

Not even worthy of 1 star. When initially house hunting we found Connell's to be extremely unprofessional. Since then, numerous friends have had awful experiences with Connells and have been pressured into paying for services they did not want, with the threat of otherwise loosing the house that was under offer. Please consider alternative options before choosing Connells. As a buyer I would not touch a house that connells was in charge of selling.
