I highly recommend this opticians. Very professional and helpful staff. My eye test was done in a very detailed manner and paying attention to all my requirements. Once, when I had a problem with my frames they repaired it without any charge. Which was very kind gesture.
They charge you £25 for a check up and then try and coerce you into buying glasses from their shop. When I said I didn't want to get glasses from here they didn't sign the examination slip so I couldn't buy glasses from another shop. It's a con - may as well go to a big chain like specsavers and get a free examination

Always helpful, polite. Great with kids who fidget, worry and keep bending or breaking their glasses, too.
Fantastic service, great selection of frames, and the team is extremely professional. The optometrist is amazing with children and he got my prescription better than any other optician I went to. Warmly recommended.
Good customer service, always goes the extra mile
I can't recommend Kingsley Opticians enough. They are friendly, professional, caring, and affordable; basically all the things you could possibly want them to be. My family have been going here for decades, and they remember us and were able to give me continuity of service, even though almost a decade elapsed since my last check-up.
Very professional service, and not rushed like some other opticians. Took time to explain things during the eye test. Good at helping me choose options and quick service too.
