VERY RUDE STAFF! The phone just rings constantly during opening hours, no one can be bothered to pick up the phone! Staff are rude and sarcastic when they do answer.

Excellent practice. Very professional and you know that you are getting really quality optometry, whilst being made to feel at ease. Kind, helpful staff who always help me choose my frames - and are experts at this! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, and couldn’t recommend highly enough.
Excellent service. They made my new glasses, which I needed urgently, in 2 days, while other opticians quoted 10+ business days. Everyone at the shop were friendly and caring. Highly recommend.
We have used Milton's for years even though it's a long journey. Eye testing always very very thorough with good sensible advice. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful.
