I like this pharmacy. The staff are helpful, even though I can be a bit difficult at times lol. There is this tall pharmacist who looks like a human bear. He is ever so sweet. He makes you feel like an important customer. Very good location too. Price wise? Well if you want a shampoo, conditioner, body cream etc, you better go to a supermarket or superdrug because independent pharmacists are quite expensive.
they stock loads of kinds of tea ! this is all i was here for because i spotted my favourite kind i can't find anywhere else through the window. good service.
Very bad, slow and disorganised service. Been there three times to get my covid jab and couldn't get it still. Booked with another farmacy instead.
An absolutely fantastic pharmacy, one of the best I've ever been to. The staff are very friendly, helpful and extremely hard-working. Always making an effort to please every customer, whenever I go in I am greeted with welcoming smiles. In addition to this, they are always stocked up with everything you need. Would highly recommend.
Terrible custumer service. They still sell the self testing king for Antigen covid pre flight when most European countries no longer accept them. The counter employee mentioned Italy was no longer accepting them but she couldn't advise on other countries including the one i'm flying to. Since i was in a rush with the flights pre Christmas decided to buy it just to find out 5 minutes later it is not valid for my country as well. Once back in the shop max 15min they refused to return my money or give a discount on the Pcr i will have to take. The owner/pharmacist literally turned is back on my and moved to another side of the shop. Once i followed and ask how i could make a complaint i was told to look at the website and i would find it there. This was terrible service and these are hard times for everyone and they shouldn't just keep people's money like this or sell these tests that can't even be used anymore.
Really kind and helpful staff who are take the time to get to know you. The place is always clean and for COVID there are lots of clear markings to help with social distancing and barriers to protect everyone from infection. Also the prices there are always reasonable, they have never been out of stock of anything we've needed, and they do all the other services you'd want like travel vaccinations, health checkups etc. A great place!
Humiliating I've been going to this pharmacy for 6 months, after moving into the area. Initially I thought they would be a good pharmacy to use. However the past few visits have been awful. After visiting a few times for items to help with a bad shoulder, collecting repeat monthly medication and engaging with the female pharmacist I felt that I was a regular. Visiting today was the final straw of several bad interactions with her. As I stood there in an empty store, arm in a sling fresh from surgery that addressed a shoulder issue that she knows I have been working on she chose to be straight up rude. While in hospital and recovering from surgery I neglected to submit a request for repeat meds with my GP. Running out. Came in to ask if I can get enough to go thru the weekend knowing the GP will approve on Monday. The same medication she fills for me every month. Standing there in pain, arm in a sling, she chose that time to preach at me regarding refill timing, why she didn't want to do it, how I need to be better about submitting my monthly request. This is the first time I have asked for an emergency supply. I pointed to my sling, told her that I had been in hospital, didn't matter to her. So as I stood there, in pain, awkward, hoping she can help me out I felt like she was talking to me like I was a child, not a full grown man. While she was huffing about giving me a week's worth I looked at all the signs on the counter. "Rules" the customer has to follow. But what I didn't experience was a level of customer service from her that had care or compassion in it. She runs it by policy and preaching. Demeaning customers. What an awful moment when I am trying to recover from a difficult surgery.Dreadful. Won't be back.
I visited recently for the first time. I only visited the art department upstairs. They have good stuff for artists although it wasn't well stocked up at the time of my visit. The staff are not friendly but i'd visit again regardless as they have what i need for what i do.
I was really disappointed with the manner in which I was treated by the staffs and the director Mr Patel; for his unreasonable and bias service towards me. I bought an item and returned it after 30 m8nutes and the sales staff decided to refused it returned sighting Covid 19, but was willing to exchange it. What difference does it make? if you are willing to accept the good to exchange for another item. In that case the Covid 19 express rules of no return policy is pointless. I end up exchanging the items because the decided against cash refunds. The items was for sensitive skin use and the one exchange for was not and I have to give it away. I believe this pharmacy is failing to follow the sales of good and services act 1979 and the consumer law of implied terms to return good in good order. I believe they staff were unprofessional and not a good pharmacy and I will never use there service for lack of professionalism.
Emotionless shop! At pharmacy all staff seem to have same resemblance. Even though I'm a regular customer I was never greated. They don't even bother to say Hi or Thank you when you pay for your purchase. They do the job though . But beeing friendly and with manners won't kill anyone. I went there again during Tier 4! Pharmacy staff and lady by the entrance were completely useless . Despite being 3 staff at pharmacy and 1 at front, we were queuing outside on rain cause no one could bother to move their feet and body to the door to inform us of their own rules. They were just chatting and watching us instead of asking us to enter. When i challenged them they told me that they assumed people were queuing to use western union not the pharmacy. And all the Info was written on door!! So why do they need staff for?? If clients can find all the info for themselves ? Then they are surprised when they loose their jobs !!
