Best chemist in South East London Elephant and Castle. Has absolutely everything plus the prices are fairly cheap. Always has my repeat prescriptions on time. Plus the staff ate friendly, informative and so helpful.

Great customer service, care for customers needs, give professional advice would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

I have received your response to my previous review of your pharmacy, and it is not a case of mistaken identity, the name I post my reviews under is my nick name so it will not be in your records. I have deleted my previous review because you took the time to respond to it, but you do need to speed up the time it takes you to dispense and deliver medication to your vulnerable customers, 3-4 days is far too long for anyone to be waiting for medication to be delivered. You also need to keep proper records when customers are owed medication. Update I am done with this Pharmacy, I have been out of medication since Monday, despite the Pharmacy receiving my prescription last week. I have had a seizure and a asthma attack because I have no Epilepsy medication or Asthma medication, and when I called them yesterday to find out why my medication has not be delivered, I was first asked if I can send someone to get my medication, if I did have someone I could send, then I wouldn't need them to deliver my medication, and I would not be sitting at home with no medication, then I was told that it won't be delivered until next Monday. Why offer a delivery service if you are unable to fulfil this service? I don't get it, and as a Pharmacy they should know that depriving sick and vulnerable people of their medication is extremely dangerous, and will one day be fatal. I have just found another Pharmacy which has excellent reviews and offers a delivery service, so I am off, and if you value your health and do not want your blood pressure rising, I suggest you do the same. I didn't read the reviews before allowing this Pharmacy to handle my medication, so to those of you who are thinking about using this Pharmacy to manage your medication or medication for someone vulnerable in your life, please don't do it. I have changed my previous rating of 2 stars back to 1 star, I wish I could give them no stars.

WORST pharmacy ….. This place does not care about your well-being… I am 18 years old and you would expect a pharmacy to care about you…. They told me my call appointment was at 3 and they didn’t call so I kept calling them to be told to wait another 10 minutes each time… the people answering the phone were very rude and put me on hold and said the longer I stay on the phone and the longer I keep calling the longer it will take for the pharmacy yo get back to me…. It was a serious matter that can’t wait and I was referred by my gp… they lied and said my they called but I didn’t answer… I haven’t received a call all day… so I am taking this case further as I am so disappointed in the treatment of your customers ….

I've just move to this pharmacy. Got to say. Every one who works there. Are so friendly. And take the time to help and listen. And there do try everything that can do sort anything out for you. Excellent service from all of them. Thank you all

The worst pharmacy ever! Avoid it as you never get the service and staff rude. Make false promises that they don't keep. Numerous times now the prescriptions medications not delivered in time even when 2 weeks notice given. So many times my brother and mother have run out of medication. Happened again when ordered 10 days before but still not delivered and their lives depend on them. Don't know how they are still allowed to keep their license to dispense

Terrible waiting times for prescriptions - avoid. Arrived to pick up at 2pm, told it would be 15 minutes. Came back - not ready, told to return later that day. Returned later on - 25 minute wait and medication still nowhere in sight. There are other more competent pharmacies in the area.

The only pharmacy i’ve found in the area that offer the morning after pill to women for free. They have been very helpful and understanding for this.

The stuff are very nice. I have to say to Rabin, the manager that Moura, Maria , Syed are great in their jobs with the customers. Congrats! . C

Got my tragus pierced here. Staff were nice & the piercing was very quick and painless. The person doing the piercing was also very comforting.
