They refuse to sell you medium strength painkillers. I think it is probaby the assistant's religious objection, but this is the UK and these are legal here. I had a bad toothache waiting for my antibiotics to kick in. I took my custom to Superdrug.
I believe the perfume I bought from them via Amazon isn't genuine. When I questioned the authenticity, the seller responded in such a rude and unprofessional manner it kind of confirmed my concerns. Trading Standards will be contacted.
I bought a perfume from the company and when it arrived I had my suspicions that it was a fake. I had another bottle with me and compared the two and found several clear differences including colour, smell and the packaging used. It was clearly not the real thing and ruined what was a christmas present.
This company are really bad do not purchase from them direct or through Amazon. I tried to cancel an order they had not dispatched and they ignored me dispatching it anyway the next day, it arrived a couple of weeks later. They then finally responded to me after I complained to Amazon and sent me a return label. I returned the goods as instructed and they now claim they didn't recieve them. What a rip off. Amazon have been unhelpful too so I'm now out of pocket.
Rude! Left waiting on the phone for 15 minutes while customers where being served.
I ordered some Bronnley soap via Amazon nearly two weeks ago. It never arrived, my emails have not been answered and when I call the phone rings out.
Givenchy Play Sport ordered and invoiced. The product was not delivered. My email asking for status was never answered. My various phone calls were never answered.
Thank you for Product delivery on time. The Product was as expected.. perfume packing quality shows the product is genuine product.
