Awful customer service, I went in with an awful migraine and asked the gentleman at the front what the cheapest migraine medication was as I already had a box at home and just happened to be caught off guard. He looked me up and down and said to me migraine medication is all expensive. I do not remember asking this. I simply wanted the cheapest migraine medication instead of the expensive branded one. The pharmacist just watched on as this all played out the behaviour I will be reporting my concerns to the general pharmacy council

Horrible man on the counter. No manners how to deal with customers. I went to ask my son prescription. They lied that they have not received. I came out and went back to ask them again to.check. they confirmed that they received couple.of weeks ago. They are not respectful people. When I told the man on the counter that when your niece is here and I never had problem. He said he does not care. I am leaving them with heavy heart.

I changed to Care Chemist about a year ago after having so many issues with my prescriptions with a near by pharmacy. Care have always been 100% spot on with my prescriptions. They are friendly and actually want to help. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks so much Care &lt;3

I've been using this pharmacy for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are always very friendly and many times I've witnessed professional caring advice from the man behind the counter. One time he called the hospital for a lady who had some issues to get advice on what she needs to do. I have also witnessed rudeness from customers but the staff are always patient and simply do the best they can. I'm sure most people in our community of Roehampton are thankful for the work that care chemist do for us all

Lying, deceitful, unprofessional and uneducated people who sell medicines that are overpriced and without explaining their use and storage. It's good that thing that I was already aware. My fault to go to them before going around to other pharmacies for a price quote. Shameless behaviour with cost of living crisis. They should not be doing business with such behaviour, I hope they shut down soon!

Pharmacists are there to take care/advice people. This "care" chemist does the complete opposite.  The person's attitude at the till is beyond my understanding. I have experienced it myself and seen him treat other people visiting the chemist with a very bad attitude.  I really advise people with self respect not to visit this chemist.  I have reported this to the NHS and Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman you should do too if you have experienced this at this pharmacy.

Friendly caring professional team of health care workers protecting the most vulnerable among us from infectious diseases. Additionally they offer a good range of economical cleaning and beauty products such as Argan oil shower gel, Biotin shampoo/conditioner gel and Bond Street hand wash.

The best pharmacy in SW15, I especially enjoy chatting with man behind the counter. He is always ready with a good joke and a smile to make my day better. After trying several pharmacy's in the area I'm really happy with this one. Always helpful and friendly staff.

I totally agree with the many comments that call out the rude man working in this chemist. I purchased a water bottle today and asked for my receipt. He totally bit my head off for doing so! And what is even worse is that I then heard him sneering to another customer about it as I left the shop. All I did was ask for a receipt! I won't be shopping here ever again. Ultimately, it is going to be their loss and downfall when they treat customers so poorly.

Disgusting people!! Unprofessional, rude. I can’t believe they work in healthcare. Specially the pharmacist  the woman!! Wow, such a bad experience specially when you are sick and just want your medicines.
