An absolutely lovley B&B! My room (the gold room) was spaceous and had all the amenities I expected, including a small ensuite with a shower. Everything was spottlessly clean, the bed was big and very comfy and I wouldn't have changed a thing. The breakfast is yummy, you get plenty, and you can tailor it to your needs as there's a large selection of both cooked and cold items. By far the best feature of the place is the couple who run it! Extremely friendly and welcoming, they make you feel very much at home. TLDR: A lovely B&B that I can't recommend highly enough!

Went to a wedding at Kinkell Byre, booked into Kingsbarn b&b for 2 nights. Lovely homely b&b. Would certainly recommend.

Really comfortable room, with tea and coffee making facilities. Decent WiFi. The service is excellent and the breakfast was most tasty. I'd definitely stay again.
