Iconic Station with a central hub to everywhere, you almost feel your in the centre of the world with access to trains running to every destination . A Fav place for Harry Potter fans and a few lil coffee and snack places to enjoy a meal or ready to go treat for the journey.
The rail system in London is easy to use. There are several maps throughout the station to let you know which like to take to get where you want to go. Pay by tap on your phone
Very beautiful station! The structure and architectural design is amazing! The details are interesting! Besides the architecture it was very clean also although it’s very crowded so that’s really good sign of how much they take care of the station.
One of the busiest train stations in London. Centrally located and close to Pancras international and the London underground services. Lots of shops and places to eat. Here is very popular Harry Potter shop and the iconic Harry Potter 9 3/4 platform for photo shoot.
Fantastic place to catch trains to various destinations in London. Theres a family waiting room for travellers to rest as there are lots of nearby eateries.
It’s easy to find your way around the train station. Large seating areas while you wait for your train. The staff are helpful. There are lots of stores to buy food and other basic needs. Taxis are outside too so you don’t have to stress about that. Underground services are also available to take you to your connecting train station or wherever you need to be. The bathrooms are clean enough.
It's fun to come and take a look at harry potter gift shop and platform but it's not that die heart appealing to see a half cut trolley with few luggage bags on it , i mean it would have been awesome if they make it a bit more real like you can go through the platform to the otherside if it opens with some kind of button and the cammera man who takes pictures there can make a picture of you going in while the wall opens , kind of fantasy coming to reality : But still you can get a vibe and lots of stuff related to harry potter and the magic which itself is magical and takes you to that world which you lived in the movie with the characters itself ...: The que was too long for the picture taking with the trolley and was a bit frustrating as people do so many re-takes if they think it's not a good one !! So if there are more family members you have to wait extra long which is quiet tiresome . Alot of people then left the que as it was way too long for just a picture holding the trolley and the wand !!! I took my pictures just standing a bit away from it as it was a long wait in the que but was happy to get it . The pictures you get in the end are quiet expensive may be not for the fans who are crazy about it and don't think it's that expensive . But for crazy fans it is still expensive though ; Anyways if they can do something to make it a bit more realistic it would attract people like crazy for example if they can pass through the wall for train or some kind of passage : anyways it's just a crazy fantasy related to harry potter ; Overall it was okay but still prices are way too high ....
Station from which we embarked on our journey to Edinburgh was truly striking, offering a delightful waiting area complete with a dedicated space for children's play, a multitude of dining establishments, and awe-inspiring architectural features.
King’s Cross is a great mix of modern and historic. The station roof is historic and charming, and the modern waiting area is spacious and functional. The loos are very nice and well-kept, and the shop has a good selection of postcards. There will be a queue for 9 3/4ths, if you like that franchise.
Inspired by Platform 9 ¾, there's a Harry Potter Xmas tree in the foyer of London's King's Cross Station. The tree is donning red and gold baubles, letters from Hogwarts, and lots of twinkling lights. It stands out against the steel lattice roof of the Western Concourse.
