Huge station, kept very clean with plenty of hand sanitizers, mobility assistance and some shops open during covid. Usually buzzing but national rail part is more or less deserted. Loads of seating and plenty of helpful staff on hand which is of great comfort.
Toilets are a lot better than they used to be, but the organisation at Euston is often chaotic and not great for COVID. Often platforms are announced late so causes a stampede to platforms and the queues of the food areas stick out into the areas people need to walk. Less places currently to eat due to changes for HS2.
Excellent location,just yards from Euston Station,and the Underground. Nice helpful staff. Ask for a quiet room if you don't want to hear traffic noise.
It has good amenities around, bathrooms, food services and a place to leave your bags. Sadly there aren't a lot of places to charge your phone and it was very stressful. I had to shorten my stay because I was basically lost without my phone. Thankfully the trains do have power sockets under the tables.
Good facilities, well staffed.
I was very impressed with the London Northwestern team they were very helpful. The station felt very safe, clean and welcoming
I went there to get a reservation for my tickets to travel tomorrow. A really nice and helpful guy served me and I got my reservations. No queue. Excellent
Thank you to the lovely man at the ticket collection at the station. I stupidly dropped my phone charger while collecting my ticket to Glasgow and he came after me and found me outside the station. He had been very helpful with some queries I had and went beyond helpful to catch up with me to return my charger. Much appreciated.
