An authentic Italian restaurant & wine bar in the heart of London's Kings Cross offering the finest Italian food, prepared on the premises according to original family recipes. One of the nicest things about owning your own shop is having the ability to offer your customers new and interesting things to try. This is very important to us, so at Gran Sasso you will always find new items on offer. These items can range from new dishes and specials, to a new brand of Italian espresso coffee. So, you're probably wondering what's the significance of the name of our caffè, Gran Sasso? Well, it's the name of the largest mountain in the Apennine mountain range near our home. We've now been in the neighbourhood for over eight years and have grown with the help of our many regular customers. We've now expanded our offerings to include pizzas and are open late in the evenings and on Saturdays. Yes, we also serve beer and wine ... and make some really nice cocktails.
