I hate leaving eating establishments bad reviews but King's Chinese food was frankly disapointing. I ordered a £40 takeaway for me and a friend. The spring rolls and other starters were delicious but when I opened the container for my main course half the noodles were literally raw and uncooked. I find it a bit shocking that they literally sent me raw, uncooked noodles in the container. I mean I know that they're probably in a hurry but to send a customer uncooked food is unacceptable. I had to throw the food away. Fundamentally, I wish I hadn't wasted my money ordering from King's and I won't be ordering from them again. I just hope for their sake that they improve their game asap.
Very poor! Soggy Crispy Chilli Beef, flavourless Fried Rice. Despite their very complicated and extensive menu made available, my first order. So unable to comment if there are any foods are good. As won't be trying again after wasting over £30 on food that wasn't enjoyable.Food: 2/5
I'd avoid this place as their food is far from nice and not fit for human consumption. I threw up the next day after only eating a few mouthfuls. Their smoked shredded chicken was all batter and contained hardly any chicken and it was as hard as a rock. Their szechuan chicken had a rancid taste to it and had so much peppers and onions and hardly any chicken. They fill the container with cheap fillers and hold back on the meat. Their sweet and sour pork was either over cooked or the flour was undercooked in the batter. Cheap probably shop bought spring rolls with next to no fillings. To go give them a bit of credit their spare ribs, prawn toast and seaweed were ok. However prawn toast, seaweed and spare ribs aren't a meal so have to give this place a well deserved 1 star. If you're able to travel, head to Camden to a buffet as the quality would be the same or holy on Holloway road Or Phoenix in Angel Islington. I'd recommend Phoenix over a lot of Chinese takeaways.
Delicious and reasonably priced! Quick to collect from the store as well.The beef chow mein and chicken fried rice is very good with massive portions.

2nd time we've used this place as our normal has closed down, unfortunately this time we waited 90 minutes for.the food. Ordered £62 worth of food and the ribs had no taste and the prawn crackers were stale so won't be using again.Food: 2/5

The finest most gourmet food available in London, no place compares to kings chinese Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating
Gave this place two tries and honestly this is the worst Chinese takeaway I've ever had - and I don't have high standards for it! Tasteless and this time they even gave vermicelli noodle that was all broken up and in clumps. And of course their card machine is forever "broken". Please could someone do us a massive favour and open up another Chinese takeaway in Archway...
Avoid at all cost! We order from here for years and never had problem food was always nice and good potion. Wrong item was delivered and refused to give us a refund or cook another one. Maybe they changed owners I don’t know. I won’t be ordering again for sure. Not recommend!
