Delivered food with missing items. Tried to call twice and they didn't answer. Tried a third time and they had taken the phone off the hook. Tried another hunch of times over the next ten minutes and was left off the hook. Terrible service - had to walk to them to get the rest of our order.Food: 4/5
The food just wasn’t very nice. The sauces were bland and watery. Satay sauce is supposed to be a peanut sauce. Instead it was watery, flavourless and had pineapple pieces in it! Not a peanut in sight. The Szechuan beef was also watery and lacked any flavour. Unfortunately what we had was very disappointing and we won’t order here again.

DISGUSTING! MAKES ME SICK when companies treat customers like this. Ordered a takeaway online and it said and hour - fair enough, I knew that before I placed the order. An hour and a quarter later I thought I’d give them a quick call to see where my order was but no answer. Rang solidly for 20 minutes but no one picked up and there was no voicemail facility. I then checked my bank and the payment that had been pending since I made the order had disappeared so they obviously cancelled my order without informing me. No phone call, email - nothing and naturally they have all of these details when you make the order. By this point it was 10.50pm. We’d been working all day and had nothing else in. How little they must think of their customers to not even have the basic good manners and decency to notify us. Communication is everything. A simple one minute phone call is all it would have taken. Learn some basic respect! If I was able to leave no stars I would.

Second time getting a takeaway and again food was tasty. Especially the Szechuan beef was super juicy. Portion sizes are good. With other takeaways I tend to normally arrive around 5 -10 minutes after my scheduled pick up time to avoid potentially having to wait but both times I ordered here I got a phone call telling me the food was ready a few minutes before the scheduled pick up time. My go to place for a cheap, quick, no fuzz Chinese takeaway.
Since new management Lees has gone to the dogs terrible food obnoxious head chef/owner. After being a loyal customer for over 20 years I will never order from there again.Food: 1/5
