The service is good the Chinese is always good. Sometimes the Fish & Chips are a bit greasy and not the best. But to be fair it’s a nice clean chip shop
Best ever Chinese. Lovely family run business and wonderful staff. So friendly and amazing delicious food
Too expensive. Massive fish. Huge pile of chips. Very large cold mushy peas. With portions like these Jesus would have no problem feeding the 5000. 7 people behind the counter. Most seem to be doing nothing. At least half of the food thrown away because it was too much. Next time I will go somewhere with smaller portions smaller prices.

Sadly the Fish n chips here are not as good as they were pre pandemic yes weird The batter used to be thin and crispy, coating lovely white fish which is why we always favoured here over other places in Frome. Our last few visits over the past year the batter is very very stodgey and thick - in fact uncooked slimy/doughy floury and very unpleasant. It looks just as though they are using small pieces of fish and coating it in very thick batter to make the pieces of fish look bigger.
Lovely fish and chips and excellent Chinese food. Staff are friendly but please check their maths. A couple of times the charge has been calculated incorrectly. Portion size is large, a simple chow mein can feed 2 people. Excellent value for money.
Excellent choice of English and Chinese cuisine, several different serving options and all very clearly priced. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I used to go now & again to this take away,unfortunately a few times it's been hit or miss,or miss miss,I brought a sweet & sour pork Hong Kong style but threw it out as it was too much fat & no meat.Chips have tasted like there old.Sorry won't visit here again.
