Order took 1h 25mins to arrive. Customer service was appalling kept getting told it was out for delivery after 30 mins of it being sent out. Delivery driver was rude and unprofessional. Food was mediocre at best definitely not worth the frustration
Always spot on! Never any issues and quick delivery each time. And the food is amazing!!
Love this Chinese. The only place in Frome where the ribs are decent. They do have a tendancy to not answer the phone when they are busy and delivery can be very slow. Always order via their website and collect.Food: 5/5
I've had a very positive experience. The food arrived incredibly fast, it was nice enough and the portions were extremely generous. Large really means large. It's very good value.
Very fast delivery, generous sized portions and fairly priced which is surprising in Frome!. Black bean beef was the best I've had in a long time. The only niggle was that the salt & pepper squid was way waaaaay too salty and I'm someone who loves salt. Would highly recommend this Chinese though
Possibly the most tasteless Chinese we ever had. Disappointed by the gelatinous sauces, missing pancakes, incinerated duck, almost slimy pork which was not ordered, not even sure it was pork Generally tasteless meal. Generous portions and fast delivery though
Sauces were gelatinous and very clearly blasted in the microwave and not fresh. The last 4 times we've ordered there has always been an item missing, even though we don't have a long complicated order and we always go through it twice on the phone. We then have to badger them and wait 10 minutes or longer while the other food goes cold for the item to come. I understand mistakes happen but 4 times in a row is unacceptable and it just feels like spite now. Won't be ordering again.

You were once our favourite go-to Chinese takeaway when visiting Frome. Disappointing in recent times. Tonight's was the last time - tasteless, rubbery chicken, overall bland. Such a shame.
