We had a birthday party for our son today. They give you 30 min for the room party and in 30 min they literally kicked us out. Kids was eating their cake and had to leave the plates without finishing their deserts!!!!Very disappointed and just money oriented. Staff is rude and just waiting to collect money. Food… it’s terrible for kids! Very cold and dirty. We will never go there again. STAY AWAY!!!

Paid 20e for entry to the soft play area and the place was Baltic. They had overhead heaters but didn't turn them on. I guess too tight to do so? The 20e I paid would have covered it for a few hours I am sure.

My children had great time playing bowling and on trampolines. It looks cool in the dark with  neon lights

It's alright, kids enjoy it, place is minging though. Place is dark for good reason! Oh and artisan food my arse, the website is hilarious

I only went for the soft play area with 2 smallies. There was loads for them to do. It was relatively busy 4pm but still there was plenty of room. Staff were attentive and polite. It was clean and well kept, if a little rough around the edges but wouldn't discourage me from returning! Kids absolutely loved it.

Great place for kiddies party , service was great, they didn't rush us, it was just perfect for our crowd of ten 7 year old, party room lovely, food did the trick too.

Staff are excellent. Bowling area is loss size hence the tables close by for adults. Selection under one roof is best in Limerick for BD parties. They need to sort out their amusement machines contract. Broken car game swallowed money. Was told they can't refund because separate company provides and manages the machines. !!!

It's OK food is nice but needs more cleaning around and clearing tables ect

Great place where to spend rainy days various activities such as bowling, i door golf, soft play jumping lanes and games machines available

Would be a 5 start but there really need to add some heating to the place it's fsir cold of your a pairent sitting there watching your kids run around
