There is only one member of staff who is extremely rude and condescending. If there are reviews on here of excellent customer service from that person, it must have been another female member of staff on that day and it was her day off or she was in good mood I will use another Post Office thanks even though it’s further away
Amy was so helpful when I went in today to send a parcel over to Russia. Even though they were very busy she still took the time to fully explain the process of delivery. I would highly recommend and will use the services again. Many thanks Amy, you certainly gave 100% customer service and took alot of pressure away from me. Regards a very happy customer
Have just been to Kidsgrove post office and I am seething. The person behind the counter was so rude and abrasive. I really should have called her out on it but didn’t want to cause a scene. Will find an alternative post office to go to I future
Got a card posted through my letterbox for a parcel that was to big saying it needs to be collected from the office or redeliver yet they made NO attempt to even knock on the door to get my attention there’s a parcel at the door. I’ve had poor services from Royal Mail before and I’d recommend anyone else other than Royal Mail. ROYAL MAIL IS A JOKE!
Rang about an enquiry and got the phone hung up on me before I could even finish the sentence. Tried to call back no answer even though it was ringing
Requested a re delivery - that was suppose to arrive 4 days ago - no parcel and no one at Kidsgrove Post Office ever answers the phone. Shocking service. You need to get better.
Really lovely staff been mailin orders with them for five years. Very friendly and work hard to ensure parcels go out on time. Always happy to help to. Friendly local post office
Dreadful customer service. I visited to carry out a passport check and send, to which I was abruptly told by the middle aged brown haired lady wasn't wearing a name badge "You've put cheshire as your address rather than Staffordshire" I live in Cheshire so I said so what your saying is I've got to put Staffordshire when my postal adress is Cheshire? She replied "well if YOU want to put Cheshire YOU put Cheshire but it will only be sent back as wrong" and cockily handed me a new form and turned her back. On completing the new form at home I rang the passport office to explain the situation and even they told me to put Cheshire. So I went back to the post office 20 minutes later with my newly completed form and I waited in the queue, when it came to my turn she blatantly ignored me and shouted to the gentleman behind me "you might as well go infront of her she will be here a while"!?!? the guy looked at me confused and went ahead. When it came to my turn again I said hello and she looked at me blankly and said "give me the form then" so I handed it to her and explained that the passport office told me to put Cheshire as the address. She tutted and rolled her eyes. I said "is everything else ok?" To which she rudely said "yeah apart from the fact you're caked in makeup, if this was America there would be no way I would be able to approve it when you're wearing that much makeup" I found this SO rude and I have no idea why she felt the need to be so abrupt and unfriendly toward me when I was nothing but polite to her. By the way my makeup was on point, I asked how long the passport should be and she simply shrugged and asked for my money. Absolutely terrible customer service she needs training in how to speak to customers or just get a new job all together where she is NOT speaking or interacting with the public!!!!!
Service can be a little slow even when empty, staff could do with cheering up, not a single smile in the place. The post office isnt very well lit, and very basic in appearance.
Not impressed since the refurbishment, post office in the wrong place would have been better along the far wall. Use another post office for my daily parcels.
