He always strives to get things right for buyers & sellers so that they will always come back. Most importantly he is honest & fair which is rare these days! 5 star plus service!

Excellent service, great communication I would happily recommend Phil and his team. My initial cash buyer pulled out and within 24 hours Phil had found buyer meeting all the same conditions and price. (Brilliant!)

Staff at kidsgrove office were absolutely brilliant. Worked really hard to get the purchase of our property done quickly, and couldnt do enough to help often playing 'middle man' between the 2 solicitors. Special mention to Lisa who we mostly dealt with lovely lady and fab at her job. Highly recommend this branch.

Butters John Bee Kidsgrove have been absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of our property. They were particular instrumental in the final few weeks often clearing the muddy waters left behind by the solicitors. In particular we can't thank Cheryl enough for getting the sale over the line.
