I received poor service during our house move, they failed to advise me of the consequences of switching estate agents, and refused to negotiate in a professional way to resolve the dispute. I will never use them again.

The team at Butters John Bee Alsager have been absolute superb in helping me too sell my property, they are all incredibly professional in everything they have done for me. All of the viewings were conducted with great commitment and I received extensive feedback from every person who viewed my property which has been a great help. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone looking to sell there property or purchase a property.

Staff were very informative and helpful on viewings. A professional and pro-active team with loads of knowledge of Alsager and surrounding areas! Would highly recommend.

We have had a calm professional approach to the sale of our house and John Hodge and his staff have provided an excellent service and we cannot praise them enough. After having our house for sale with another agent for 8 weeks and only 1 viewing with no feedback, in just 12 days we had 6 viewings and sold the house. Wonderful service!!!!!! The team at Alsager have been very professional, courteous and on the ball. They all seem to know what's going on whenever you phone them. I am very pleased we picked them as our estate agents and cannot fault them. I have noihesitation in recommending them to anyone.
