Great accountants. They always have our needs in mind and look after the customer in a professional manner.
This firm came highly recommended and interaction started well. However since August 2022 the service and lack of communication has been extremely poor from 2 Directors in this firm. I tried to contact multiple times each month via phone, text, email!! I received promises of call backs and responses to emails.. Needless to say I am still waiting and a HMRC penalty has increased. Maybe it is that they have no interest in supporting individuals with their self assessments being too small a client, that be the case - you would expect them to have a common courtesy or be professional enough to communicate this. I would recommend you save yourself a lot of stress, time and energy and find an accountant that actually cares about their clients!
