Fast food. This store is relatively busy at most times given the location near the station and the university so do expect some waiting, especially as the place is relatively small with limited seats it may be best for take-away. There is a small car park near the store which is quite easy to miss and can be busy very quickly.

Not very good , went there twice with an 8 day gap between and both times they had no still drinks including water( as I do not drink fizzy drinks) and not even a hot drink was on offer. Food was ok though. Not the best KFC I have had......

Don't count on any semblance of service after 1am. Staff had given up, there was no chicken left and even the menus had been taken down. All round very disappointing. The only highlight was the popcorn chicken which was reliably tasty - albeit one of the only two things I could have ordered.

Twice now the fries have been cold. New place but floor has always got rubbish all over it. Will watch as standards drop further with time. The franchise owners has no pride. It is just about the money and no interest in standards. Short sighted. So a few months have passed and still this is below par. Something else which I forgot to add before is often the chicken is bloody, which suggests it is not thoroughly cooked.

Needed to wash my hands and there was no any hand soap in the toilet. Asked a member of staff which just said no, we do not have. She didnt even try to accommodate my needs which i believe were very reasonable taking into account that it is a food premise and the hygiene should be at the first place! Only after insisting to speak to the manager, I managed to get the manager to fill the soap dispenser. So they had the soap but didnt bother to refill it and I had impression that they were so annoyed with me for asking at all. No apologies, no smiles, just an ignorant team and place. Never ever!
