I have positive impressions. Very good food. Nice service. Unfortunately, there are two disadvantages: - added tip to the bill. It should be individual. - badly marked toilets. You have to guess that you should go up the stairs. Overall, I recommend the restaurant and will be happy to return there.
Had good service from when we walked in, wasnt too busy mid week. Ordered drinks then food which both came very quickly. Food was tasty could of maybe been a little warmer but still enjoyed it. Good portion size.Food: 5/5

We came here to celebrate my partners birthday. The service was absolutely amazing and the waitress was very warming to my son who enjoyed the attention. It was a very quick service but the food was still beautiful and we really enjoyed every bite! The only downside is the tables are far too close and it was like we are sat next to other people, and I could barely hear my partner talk due to how loud it was.. But other than that we had a great time. Kid-friendliness: The waitress was so kind to my son and really took that time to converse with him. He was very happy. They also have colouring sheets and crayons to entertain the children whilst waiting. Parking: You just park in the Meridian car park. Unfortunately there isn't much parking directly outside but there is a huge car park which is all walking distance easily. Wheelchair accessibility: I wouldn't say from my knowledge this is very wheel chair accessible. I didn't see any lifts and there is quite a steep large amount of stairs to be able to get to the toilets. The tables are all very close leaving little room to move around between.
We had a Buyagift voucher and chose Prezzo, am so pleased we did. The restaurant is a very clean and sylish modern warm family establishment, on arrival we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who shown us to our seats, where next the manager then kindly sorted our drinks. The menu provided was catering for meat eaters and vegetarians, with a choice of pizzas and traditional Italian classics. The food was made on site to a beautiful quality and was nice the staff checked everything was okay for you. It has been a lovely relaxing meal served by friendly happy staff who gave you such a warm welcoming throughout the stay. I highly recommend visiting and I look forward to returning soon.
Very good experience in terms of service and food. Only 3 stars are prices have risen dramatically and service charge of 0% is now automatically to bill. Probably give it a miss next time
Great food and service. From the get go i had a great time at Prezzo, managed to alao take some picturea of the food too. SPECIAL THANKS to Sara and Ciprian who made sure the food and environment was spot on. Wil be visiting in the future again
Great place to eat out for Italian cuisine. I had the king prawn starter, pepporing pizza, and the honeycomb cheesecake for dessert. The food was lovely and the service was great as well. It's reasonably priced for an up market Italian restaurant. Would recommend.
Very warm welcome from the minute we arrived and after a screaming child had left, a good atmosphere. Apparently the food could have been hotter but I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. If I didn't live so far away, I'd happily become a regular visitor. Vegetarian options: I had butternut ravioli which I would have again. Parking: It's in a leisure park so plenty of spaces.
Lovely meal with the family. Service charge of 10 % added to the bill automatically although you can request it to be taken off. I wouldn't have paid the 10% as the wait for desserts and coffee was much too long considering the restaurant wasn't very busy.
