Only had a Chicken burger and a drink. Burger was small and not very filling. Service has been transformed to what I call the "conveyor belt system". Order from a machine or person that does nothing else and move along to next person or wait with a ticket. It doesn't work and is incredibly slow, inefficient and frustrating! Wouldn't encourage me to go back!

Staff are lovely and really go out of there way to be helpful. Food is fresh and very tasty and always hot. Would highly recommend this kfc

Double-check your order, staff makes a lot of mistakes and that coffee might not be the latte you asked for, or they give you a fillet instead of the bacon&cheese meal in the order.
