That's the kind of shop I went to a lot during my stay in India. Quite authentic, yet not pretentious and nice staff. Maybe not for dates, rather for mates. Hot/spicy is actually spicy. Inexpensive and worth it.

We stopped for a kebab. 
It was really good for a reasonable price. 
The staff were friendly and the service was quick.
Great location too.

Best kebabs and onion bhajis in the city. Great place for a spicy kick sober or drunk. Huge menu to chose from

I tried Matar Paneer (Peas and cottage cheese) and Bhindi (Okra) sabji at this restaurant. I must say it is one of the worst vegetarian food I tried so far. It was just tasteless and was total waste of money. It is number one in disappointment! I can never ever dare to recommend this restaurant to any of my near and dear ones. Also the staff was rude while handling the payments. The cleanliness here was not at all satisfactory.
