Worst visit to McDonald's ever. Went in to get a quick burger. Ordered a Grand Big Mac. Stood back watched the staff seeming to wander aimlessly around. Knew bigger burgers might take longer so waited. In the end after 20 mins the girl denied me even ordering it off her and there was no burger for me! Had to leave so was offered a different burger which cost less than I paid for. Took it and left. No apology or refund given. Never going back there again!

Being coming here every Sunday for at least the last twenty years with my daughter who has special needs, and the service and friendliness of the staff is second to none. From management to floor staff, five Star all the way .

This Mc Donald s is definitely not one of my favorites. It s often crowded and the service is ok. Today, we waited accordingly for our turn; however, the service was slow. I know it s mc Donalds; however, I just wanted to order a drink a fries: quick and easy. To use the bathroom you need a code. If you are in hurry, this could be a bit of problem. The good things about the place. There is an upstairs. From upstairs, you can people watch and enjoy the views of the city. The place is clean and organized. It s great for families and teens as always.

This is my first bad review and my first complain because I do not like it and I think everything can be sorted on the place which I tried but over here is very bad management. During the night time I came inside because I am living close and I wanted to have a quick bite. After I gave my order drunk guy was around me and he wanted to pay for already paid meals, staff didn't want to bother with situation so I sorted it out asking him to leave the place without any trouble. That is not my job and my thing to do AND trying to help others is not always a good idea because I was left with no food and without money that I already gave for food. Bag was left on the counter without notifying me (I do not read minds and I do not know if the order is mine, food is inside the bag!) which was shown on the camera even after I asked person which was serving me if he gave it in my hands (where he said he did so he was lying- conversation went that way when I asked for my food after I was asked again if I want to order anything, I called for manager- who told me to call the gards that are just outside the place- after the guy who served me confidentially said how he gave the bag to me personally) because I do not remember taking any bags from the counter. I understand that the place is filled up with drunk people at the time but this is not a way to deal with customers. I live close and the only thing I wanted was grabbing a fast bite before going home when what I got was sentence "call the gards if you do not like it". Spending an extra hour on stupid situation like that is ridiculous and I do not have time for that. Be happy with few extra euros, you are losing people that don't event want to eat there so it must be fine for you. Very very bad experience after almost a year from not going into fast foods. This just reminds me why am I not going to places like that. You do not deserve customers with organisation like this one.

There's no point eating there after 5pm on a weekday unless you want rock hard food that's been clearly left sitting there too long.
