I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and top-notch service. The attention to detail and personal touches throughout my stay truly exceeded my expectations.nnOne of the highlights was the gym, which was spacious, clean, and equipped with high-quality machines, perfect for keeping up with my fitness routine. After a great workout, it was amazing to return to my room, which was always impeccably maintained.nnThe personal service here is nothing short of excellent — the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making every interaction feel personalized and genuine. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience!
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, reception staff breakfast staff and staff throughout were all very accommodating and helpful. The overall hotel was clean however some cleanliness issues I would like to bring to your attention, the disabled toilets in the foyer is not up to the same standards as the female/male toilets which I think is quiet disappointing. There was burn marks on the baby changing table which I found quiet shocking and something I’d only ever expect to see on a public changing mat due to the nature of why they’d be there. I work in a sector that supports disabled people’s rights and independence in order to strive for equality. I believe your disabled toilet should be of the same standard as your male and female toilets and I hope this is something you will upgrade in the future as I would be hesitant to stay here again as this factor was quiet off putting to my experience
I have stayed in a number of Maldron hotels and the hotel groups other hotels around Ireland and this one is nowhere near the standard of their other hotels. Certainly not a 4star hotel. Very little parking at hotel only between 10-15 spaces you need to pay for parking on streets surrounding. The swimming pool and changing room were absolutely filthy. Noise coming from other rooms throughout the night. No staff on front desk while guests waited to talk to someone. No signs for where fire exits are in the building. I stayed on floor 4 and did not see one. So for me that will be my one and only visit to this place.
Have to say it's one of the nicest Irish hotels we have ever stayed in!! Fabulous staff, lovely food, bedrooms so clean n big, Afternoon tea a delight!nEvening dinner was just lovely!!100% go there again, walking distance to the city.nThank you to staff n management.
I stayed 3 nights and found the hotel quite comfortable. I was in an executive room which I think was an upgrade to what I booked, so I was happily surprised with the size of the room and amenities.nI used the leisure facilities which are good to have to either relax after a day walking around the city or to start the day with a few laps in the pool. Bathrobe and slippers provided I had a quick dinner once of soup and goat cheese salad and both were nice.nStaff were friendly and always there to help.nThe only downside appeared on my last night, when I discovered that soundproofing from the next door room could have been better. The person staying in that room came late and talking on the phone quite loudly and it was irritating as it woke me up. Luckily I always travel with earplugs so I had a solution.nOverall the hotel is a good place to stay, the location is ok as you can walk to everywhere in the city, standards are good. I would just improve soundproofing though because it’s an important aspect to have a good night sleep.
