Went to order carpet. With a trainee salesman. Chose what I needed including underlay,grippers . Was printed out a quotation which listed what I required. Add to that £29 to deliver (really ) of course it would have to be delivered. Then on top of that £62 to fit it. It stated this sale £265.27. Which I tough was good. Seeing the salesman said that was for everything I decided to pay over the phone when I got home. Only to find that the carpet had gone up in price not by a lot but it had gone up. Then told that the amount at the bottom was for the fitter. Taking my order to over £315. The piece of paper read totally different to what I was told. The manager in the lewes road branch in Brighton is very rude. And maybe he should help this poor trainee out a bit more. Never have I had such bad customers service. And the fitting cost are extortionate. I only paid £45 to have 3 flights of stairs and 3 landing done

Bad customer service - we were actively looking to spend a lot of money on a carpet and a member of staff came to speak to us, half way through they diverted their attention to someone else because they seemed like a more interesting prospect and left us standing - sadly, because we were in a compromise we had to buy from them anyway.

very poor service, it took 3 and half days to complete a job that was supposed to be one day! i called in to the show room to complain, phoned up HQ BUT TO NO AVAIL, this company was recommended to me by friends in gravesend kent.. WASTE OF MONEY, AND MAJOR STRESS, SHOULD HAVE GONE LOCAL! this work was done in july, still waiting for a response!
