Food tastes good. But they ALWAYS forget stuff. Was in such a rush today but got left waiting for approx 15 mins today for our take away rider that we ordered on the app. Got home to find all of the fries were missing. Other people got served before us. There was no apology or anything for the wait. Tried to call them but it’s constantly engaged just won’t bother again
The food took quite a long time to come, and when it was dumped on the counter the server neglected to say that they were going to get the ice cream that was part of the order. They appeared to just walk away, and when I pointed out that the ice cream was missing I got an abrupt answer that apparently I should have known the answer to. The atmosphere was as if we the customers were a nuisance.
Ordered food from here today, the chicken was Raw and Cold. Staff were rude and didn’t look like they looked after themselves.
A waste of time REALLY. Didn’t know how the drive thru worked so we had to wait for help. Till he got to order food, we got our food and looked and saw that the chicken DID NOT look the same as it showed on the board. Very small. Tasted alright but not good. Drink was okay ish but also had a taste of alcohol in it. There were teen boys in there, flipping stank like your next to a bin. This place is alright but I wouldn’t be surprised that it isn’t close to a 4 star.
