Good fast food outlet. Mainly suited to family with children, being an OAP only visit now and then, but enjoy their chicken burgers & fries. Still my first preference over other local fast food places.

Food was OK, always found it to be better outside the UK with the best ever in Shanghai (I actually had seconds). Cleanliness is something to be desired.

I have had to give one star but yeovil kfc certainly doesn't deserve that. I have just complained to the manager who looks about 16 about the mess in there. Bins overflowing, chips etc all over floor. Was told they have no bin bags, there's a huge homebase and pound land on the same park and a big Asda just around the corner. We had to ask for our table to be wiped and the lady who wiped it actually commented about it not being too her standards yet flicked anything off the tables into the floor. They couldn't do hot drinks and the food was also cold. This isn't the first time I've had to complain about this place AVOID... run by kids with no problem solving skills.

We took the grandchildren, who enjoy the food. I'm a vegetarian and found little of interest. It wouldn't have been fair to rate it on what I ate (nothing).

They are lucky to get one star,as I only got half a bag of chips,no coke,no big daddy meals,no side's come on KFC you need to get this sorted,you can't keep blaming the deliverys
