Staff are constantly messing around dancing and singing. If they made a much effort with the food as they did singing to Rhianna, the food would be sensational. They don't, and it's not. Shame they closed the one in town. Food was nice, service was quick and the food was hot when you got it.Food: 1/5
The customer service here is painful. Inexperienced and unenthused staff make the whole affair rather bleak and depressing. Food is distinctly average too. On more than one occasions the beans I received had dried up and were disgusting, so clearly poor quality control in place. The hygiene of some staff isn’t much to be desired. This place needs an urgent inspection from environmental health. Won’t be rushing back.
What a refreshing surprise to be served be served by an experienced member of staff, who not only was exceptionally helpful, but smiled and appeared to enjoy her work! Unfortunately I was unable to obtain her name, but she’s a credit to this branch of KFC, such a shame her enthusiasm is not infectious, as her younger colleagues could fairly do with an injection of her personality and charm !
Terrible ... didn’t have a clue about my order after saying it about 4/5 times, then went to the 2nd window, person on the headset taking orders is really slow and struggles to understand the basics of a customers order and happened approx 8.30pm 03/02/23, even explained to them what a flaming snack up box was as used to be called the all star meal box and that is with the flaming wrap, chips and popcorn chicken and a regular cup of juice for £4.98, then the girl taking payment went and got the manager and found it immediately on the till. Very frustrating to be wasting time that didn’t need to be wasted.
Had a 6 pce bargain buckets here tonight around 6pm 23/1/2023 and it was revolting chicken greasy lacking in flavour chips dry and tasteless overall a very disappointing experience. We have had KFC in other places and was much better than tonight's would definitely not recommend this place to eat very very bad experience. Total waste of money.
Wrongly charged!!! Ordered a boneless bucket with some chicken wings and was charged £42.57 for it. Obviously charged me someone else's order. Was given in a box that the bottom fell out, so lost my chips. Also given a snapped fork. Overall poor experience and won't return. Staff are clearly incompetent and careless.
Manager did not believe us when we said they had given our order to someone else they then took our salad from their plate and gave it to us. Hostile attitude and understaffed for a busy period. Two times now theyve mucked up our order then not been bothered to rectify it or give us vouchers to make up for a rubbish experience. The rewards on app still do not work on their till system.
I feel its really gone down hill. Service isn't ever happy or even that polite. Chicken was dripping in fat. Fillets were great and gravy bang onFood: 3/5
The food is delish but what ruined it for me was the staff having a smoke break and walking straight into the kitchen and working with food. The toilets are also foul smelling and if you go in there prior to your food I hope you have a strong stomach.
