One of the most eagerly awaited Diners I was waiting for. Finally entered their outlet in Inverness and left thoroughly satisfied. Excellent spread of chicken in their heritage Peri peri sauces preparation. Chicken was lip smacking good and wholesome. Portions served were sumptuous. Selection of sauces and bottomless drinks were fascinating. Staff is very friendly and are prompt to ask of Allergen information before order and service is decently fast. A must Visit place after a long drive. Wheel chair accessible and open free parking. Vegetarian options: They don't have a Big Vegetarian spread, though whatever we ordered was tasty and wholesome. Kid-friendliness: Absolutely Kid friendly with large space between tables, Pram accessible, special chairs for toddlers and a great kids menu too. Parking: Huge Open and free Parking, since it's an out of town Shopping and entertainment Centre. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible due to Ram made specifically for wheelchairs and Baby Prams. Dietary restrictions: Vegan, Gluten free and Vegetarian options available. Allergen Info and queries promptly advised by serving staff.
Clean, love the ambiance, staff not friendly. They served my food from half way across the table. It was almost as if I wasn’t welcomed in the restaurant. Horrible experience.

We visited on Saturday 1st April at approximately 5pm. It was very busy on arrival, so we did have to wait for a table which is absolutely fine. The staff were really friendly and polite and took the time to explain everything to us. We managed to order no problem at all. Tables were clean and tidy and staff were actively clearing tables as quickly as possible to seat more guests. We were sitting at table 19, which is right next to the pass, which allowed us to see all the food going up on to the hot plate. Unfortunately, this included my burger, which sat there for around 25 minutes along with several other plates of food before the rest of our order was ready and delivered to our table. As you would expect, the chicken inside the burger was stone cold at this point. The staff were really lovely and replaced it immediately. I think 3 separate staff members came over to apologise and check everything was fine with my replacement. The biggest issue seems to be that the kitchen and front of house are completely disconnected service wise. The kitchen appear to prepare the food in a totally random order, and then it just sits there until the rest of that tables order is ready. All in all, staff are great, but the execution is poor.
I've never ordered Nando's before but figured it was time to finally try it as a dinner option on a particularly busy night. 30 minutes after our order was supposed to be here, I called and was told that the driver marked our order as "delivered" - never called or attempted delivery we are the only house on our road and I can see and hear everyone who comes up. We were left with basically no time to come up with a suitable alternative to feed the kids before going into evening meetings. Thanks, Nando's.
Sadly short staffed meant longer delays. This wouldn't be an issue but we booked a meal before the movies. The staff were very pleasant. Food was fine but cheesy chips tasted like really cheap synthetic cheese.
Unfortunately not a great experience. Had trouble logging in and ordering the food online.. so approached staff for assistance and got ignored. Then Found out that were unable to use the online service.. the person I would assume was the manager. Was rude and disrespectful to he's staff also... Walked out.. I will not darken thier doorway again.
Walked in, Wednesday 7:30pm. Took waited in queue for a few minutes. Asked guy desk if I just take a seat. He asked me to go back to main door and somebody would be with me soon. After a few minutes, person told me there is a short wait for tables it seemed quiet, many free tables full of uncollected plates etc and asked me if I want to come back in ten minutes. It was freezing outside so said I’d sit in the waiting area. Someone soon asked if I’m waiting on a table and pointed to a one saying they’ll get it cleared. Waiting another ten minutes then left. Useless.
I went on Friday evening for dinner. They decided to invite us outside because they “didn't have time” to clean the tables half of the restaurant was empty. We called the manager and she said that her waitress was right about his decision. After, she invites us inside just to play with our time and our evening. We received our food after 41 minutes. All people who come after we received their food, just us not! Nice evening there. I never go back and I will think if I will be back in any Nandos. This is not the first time when I met rude staff at Nandos. What to say about cleaning? It was like a homeless place. What can I say about my food? It was very cold and no one cares about it. They said is normal to be like that. In my opinion, the manager is the big problem there! She was the most rude who I met.
My husbands and I first visit to Nando’s and I’m afraid our last! Ordered chicken burger and fries. Chicken lukewarm and bun tough…...didn’t complain as waited long enough for it. Very overpriced for chicken and chips. Restaurant area doesn’t look particularly clean. Will stick to KFC for chicken next time I want fast food..…cheaper! Not sure why some folk rave about Nando’s considering I could have got a lovely 2 course meal in a local restaurant of higher standard. Parking: Plenty parking
