Was looking for halal food in Inverness, found it opposite of Co-Op. The food price is reasonable and taste really good. The guy over the counter was so nice to us. Highly recommended.
Shame !! Came from London to Scotland for holiday . Each slice had a pepperoni what a joke . Burgers don’t have any salad or quality meat was nasty ! Pizza was greasy and loaded with cheese, I asked for 3 meals was only given 1. Asked for burger sauce and he goes “ no sauce on the burger “ I then repeated the sauce and he goes “ we don’t do it “ so rude DONT BOTHER !!!!!!
Shocking experience tonight. Shambles. Customer service doesn't even deserve a 1 star. Ordered waited well over an hour phoned and was met with abuse, called a liar, lazy for not answering my phone or door, would help if the driver attended the right house. Driver was contacted by the shop and told to return, when he did I watched to see where he went, the driver walk in the opposite direction from my house even though I gave clear delivery instructions of how to find my house on the main road. Driver said he got confused by the numbers not sure how an 8 and a 6 can be confused twice. Tried contacting the shop again to explain where his driver was going no answer. Shop phoned the driver and the driver gave me the phone i asked for an apology was refused it and more blame put on me driver applogised and i recognised his honesty, doesnt help a very hangry me. Food was cold, chips got binned. Luckily it was a kebab and a wrap which we were able to eat, food was tasty granted but service was disgusting. Total waiting time 1hr 50 mins. Wouldn't be in a rush to order again. Worked in fast food myself and never been met with such rudeness.

Really disappointed. Food arrived luke warm at best, order was wrong, curry sauce lumpy and items missing. Phoned the shop and they lied and stated "I cooked this food 10 minutes ago". When I advised them I had watched the tracker go to 2 other deliveries first over a 20 minute period before returning to mine they changed there story. Asked for a refund on the wrong items 2 kebabs, was told they would come and collect entire delivery. Then told me they would phone back in 10 minutes but laughed down the phoned at me and hung up. Never called back. We were regular customers up until now but will not return due to poor food service and below standard customer service. Lack of respect for customers and no interest in helping.

It was amazing experience there,Good halal food, we tried donner and chicken tikka both were so delicious. Food was cheap and hygenic.
Great food at fair prices. I have used multiple times so far. The delivery staff are also extremely helpful. Dietary restrictions: Very well covered. Ask and they usually can accommodate.
Best halal food in the town. Naan with chilli chicken and pizza are nice in their menu. And very reasonable price
Brilliant hot food delivered fast at a great price …keep up the good work !!!!
