Story

Welcome.... Firstly, I would like to personally thank you for visiting Key Fitness Studio facebook page.

My reasons for having such a great interest and passion for Health and Fitness were not only due to my own battle with weight loss but also due to a major traffic accident which I was unfortunately involved in, in 2006. The accident had a dramatic impact on my life, as I suffered from injuries so extreme, I was told I would never be able to walk again. For 2 years after the accident I received numerous operations and extensive rehabilitation. Due to the help and support I received as well as my determination, I am now able to walk again. It was during this time that I gained such a desire to embark on a career in this field, as I want to help encourage others see what Fitness can do for their lives.

So here at Key Fitness Studio we can help you whether you're looking to lose weight, deal with an injury, build muscle, improve your fitness or just generally increase your health & well being, inside our own fully equiped studio, with one of our friendly yet enthusiastic trainers, who believe in doing what they preach!
