Fit Boyz are a provider of Zumba fitness classes in Darlington and the surrounding towns and villages.

Zumba is a Latin inspired dance fitness program which incorporates dance and aerobic elements. The choreography includes elements from hip hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts and some Bollywood and belly dance moves.

Zumba exercises are done to music with fast and slow rhythms.

Our classes are great for helping you to improve fitness and to loose weight.

Fit Boyz classes are a fun, relaxed and enjoyable way of exercising.

As well as exercise, people come to our classes to make friends and socialise.
