Kenza Restaurant & Lounge, what an incredible place! The staff were so amicable and attentive. The restaurant itself is beautiful, the style, colours, lighting and ambiance is also great. Authentic food, everything was flavoured with fragrant herbs and extremely delicious. The belly dancing performance was also great. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The only down side is that the music is too loud - loud enough that it drowned everything else out - would be also nice to hear a certain level of music that fits the mood and does not drowns out conversations in the future. Overall, this place is a must-visit.
If in the area and you like your grills and middle Eastern food then you must visit. The food is great and I couldn't order enough. Service is brilliant. The atmosphere and vibe is excellent. Entertainment was a bonus. Great choice on the menus and everything was as you would want. All halal. I will definitely be going back. Dietary restrictions: Halal
First time at Kenza. Was taken here by my son for a pre birthday dinner on Saturday. Service on arrival was very good. The food was well cooked, tasty and there was a lot of it! Starter amazing and main course amazing. The dessert was very sweet! Was not kept waiting too long between courses. which for me is very important. Belly dancers was a nice surprise and very entertaining. Atmosphere was also good. I would definitely go back. Highly recommend!
A great date spot for dinner/drinks in the heart of Liverpool Street. Had a lovely time at Kenza, food was immaculate - definitely try to crispy calamari and chicken Taouq if you have a chance. Service was good, entertainment was amazing, they had belly dancers and live music which was great. The only downfall I would say was the waiter was a little too pushy to get us to get the set menu £40-£70 per head minimum 2 people required and also there was lipstick stains on our glasses which was a little cause for concern. But granted everything else was immaculate and didn't ruin the experience for us at all.
Decent venue but underground. Good decor and typical in design for a middle eastern food and entertainment place. The seats were very very low. Got a wonky table but the waiter fixed it with a magic coaster. I would like to say the table service was amazing and the atmosphere was very loud. The food was pretty much standard in comparison to most places in London. Nothing extra ordinary or anything worth really hyping up about. Seating was very very cramped and the music a little to loud for my liking but overall and enjoyable experience. They forget our baklawa/sweets accompanying our tea at the end. They did however serve us a cake that we made and took to the venue to celebrate a special occasion so a massive thanks for that Venue 7/10 Table and hosting staff 10/10 Food 5/10 Toilets 2/10 Value for money 6/10 Experience 7/10 Quantity of starters served are way to much and the main dish is small in comparison. Should be the the other way round in my opinion but I'm sure that's how its intended Overall enjoyable but overpriced as we did pay over £100 so in terms of value for money we have eaten elsewhere for half the price with way better quality of food and quantity. Worst point: The male toilets were horrid. No lighting, broken sink and the tap came off in my hand plus the floor was wet!! BIG UP TO THE BELLY DANCERS THOUGH!
For the Entertainment only! What can I say, a lovely restaurant with an amazing service while you eat. You don't go for the food but rather the entertainment provided Belly Dancers Food was overpriced and very bland. I'll say the chicken wings were the only nice thing on the menu. A great restaurant for boys night out.
Totally awesome. Great vibe, delicious food and the belly dancing is fun. There's a nice lounge area where you can have a little dance or just chill. Great mix of people- some really dress up and others are smart/casual.
Good quality food however it is a little overpriced even for it's location. The atmosphere here is great, they have dancers and a live DJ, the dancers go around table to table and try and get everyone involved. Everyone seemed to be having a great time.Food: 5/5
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience here. Food was great. Belly dancers were enjoyable. Global tunes played by DJ were good too. Enjoyed Halloumi and Soujok Sausages as Hot Mezze Appetizers. Mains- had Mixed Grill and slow roast Lamb shank with cous-cous. Mixed Grill in particular was dee-lish. RECOMMEND.
Great evening… wasn’t sure what to expect as it was a surprise… it’s entrance down a spiral stairwell was intriguing and wow.. what a restaurant… Middle Eastern food was delicious, incredible atmosphere.. it was buzzing… belly dancers were great.. I hopefully will return next time in London.. and I highly recommend a visit.. not for a quiet romantic dinner but more a feel alive vibrant experience.. loved it!
