What an incredible place this is! The first thing that caught my attention, was the sheer size of it. The building is absolutely massive.nnThere are many types of Italian products for sale, and several places to eat and drink too, including outdoor dining areas.nnThe shop is really spacious, which makes it easy to browse. The food is all displayed in a very visually-appealing way too. There are lots of fresh food counters, and the food looks and smells amazing.nThere are plenty of staff around, and they are friendly and happy to help.nnThe shop is priced at the higher end, but I didn't mind too much because I found all kinds of products which I would struggle to find outside of Italy. I really enjoyed it in here and can't wait to go back!
Great spot for Italian food lovers. The portions were generous — so much so that we ended up taking food home. We tried several dishes, and everything was delicious. The pizzas were excellent, and the pasta was clearly homemade, fresh and full of flavor.nnConsidering the quality and the amount of food, the prices felt very reasonable. The whole experience was enjoyable, from the service to the atmosphere. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for authentic Italian food in the city.
Nice place. We had the margherita pizza, it was good! Really nice that they have chilli oil, chilli flakes etc on the side for people to use. However, we sat somewhere where it was 1 crowded and 2 there was a singer right behind us with speakers and that was not a nice experience. Maybe they should position themselves elsewhere just so it doesn't disturb customers. Would still go again for the food though.
Very disappointed with the quality of the products I bought from Eataly this May. I expected much better from them. I purchased several items as gifts for friends, only to find out later that the products tasted off — almost like they were expired or poorly stored. It was embarrassing and very frustrating, especially considering the price I paid.nnThis is not the level of quality I expect from a store with such a reputation. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their product handling and quality control.
The pastries and pizzas are super but very pricey and quite dry as well especially because they’re left out for so long! The coffee was lovely and made fresh, the staff are lovely as well. The restaurant includes an Italian supermarket with great selection.
