I went to Aqua Shard for a breakfast meeting. Thanks to the wonderful British weather, it was a very dark grey morning. This meant that the place seemed especially dark given the very low mood lighting. As the skies cleared, the place did get brighter but this was my only gripe. I had the vegetarian full breakfast and I really enjoyed it. The lady who served us was very polite and attentive. I agree that the food here is not out of this world. I think that the views give this venue its oomph. I had a good time, the service was timely and the staff was polite. I'll probably visit again when the weather is more pleasant!

We went for dinner at aqua shard, it was our wedding anniversary. I wanted to surprise my wife with a special dinner, couldn't choose a better place. The view was just amazing. Food was great service is ten out of ten. Our waiter Eduard made the evening special, he described all the dishes and helped my wife with her choice. We had a great time, thank you aqua shard, we will come back.

I went there by myself and enjoy my evening there. The atmosphere was good. I was very relax with a glass of champagne and fantastic view. The entree was very good. Service was very warm and friendly. It was a bit noisy after 7:30 PM due to the crowds coming... Highly recommended.

I came to Aqua Shard for drinks with my girlfriend and it was simply amazing. The view alone is breathtaking. We were seated by the window and served by the professional and kind Eagle, who took care of us for the whole hour we've been there. Thank you very much! Looking forward to come again!

Spectacular view. Management may want to consider enhancing service. I went there yesterday with a friend and got a bottle of white wine. It took sometime to order and to get the wine, but as soon as the bottle arrived, the waiter came every 5-10 minutes to full the glasses. They picked up the empty glass of my friend and cleaned the side of the table where he was seating even before I finished my glass. Then the tried to charge for double for the bottle of wine. I asked to check the price in the menu, and they confirmed that the check was wrong. Their excuse was that they charged me for another wine (not listed in the menu). In any event, they noticed that they served a less expensive wine, for which i paid at the end. Not need to say that this was very embarrassing.
