I don't normally leave reviews but on this occasion I will make an exception. I was in the store just killing time looking at acoustic guitars with the off chance I might at some chance make a purchase. I was approached by a member of staff called Gordon who came across as friendly but not pushy and he just through good banter steered me towards the yamaha ll6m guitar and left me to have a play with it with no pressure to buy. I absolutely loved this guitar but didn't have the funds to buy it just now but he said they could take a deposit and hold it for me till pay day 5 weeks from now which I agreed too. I've had this guitar now for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it and play it at every opportunity and would just like to say thanks to kennys music and Gordon for their excellent service. Staff are extremely helpful and have extensive knowledge on most pieces of kit, and prices are competitive with online retailers so you're always getting the best deal.

Hi there, I have been a customer at Kenny's for many a year, it's always been a nice friendly experience. A couple of weeks ago I bought a Roland TD-1K electronic drum kit. . Excellent price, as good as anywhere. While they didn't have one in the Dundee shop (my nearest) they arrange one to come from Aberdeen. A special thanks to Drew who had it all sorted and me up and playing in two days. Many thanks Drew and Kenny's, Trevor.

best music store in Dundee, one of the best in Scotland and the staff are knowledgeable they don't try to squeeze money out of you and will always do a good deal for you and there is plenty guitars, keyboards, drums & basses plus a lot more instruments that i don't know the name of.
