These jokers charged me £65 for an unspecified repair. Invoice simply stated "repair". When asked for detail, staff refused to specify detail of repair. They state "repairs are guaranteed" - if they refuse to say what they've done to your machine, it then breaks down again and you take it back to them; there is nothing to stop them saying it's not the work they carried out that's caused the "new" problem. So the guarantee is worthless! Personally, I won't be going near them again.
