I’ve been in the store twice and both times the staff have been a pleasure. Chatty, helpful and kind. Today, we went down in the hope to find a game for my son but it seemed you didn’t have it. I asked Joe just on the off chance and he said they did have a copy. He searched the shelves, then the stock area, and he found the game, he persevered until he found the empty box which was not where it was meant to be. I’m proud to say my son has autism, however had we not managed to get the game today it would have been the end of the world. Happy boy, happy mum! Thanks Joe for not giving up! 10/10
They were very helpful, good price for some of the buying and selling. Some things can not be very good selling price compared to the buying price though and they should look at that but I've not had a bad experience when I've been there. Maybe change their tv ad when it comes to saying the name of their shop as it sounds totally wrong, make me laugh though
Have used CEX regularly, was disappointed that when picking up part of my order today the counter staff insisted I provide photographic ID even though I had the card it was purchased on and the email conformation. Shouldn't be that hard to pick up an item you have bought
Looking for bargain DVD or games? CEX have a massive stock. Easy to browse all alphabetical. Cash or card taken. Buy items too.
Friendly staff. Dvd's & game's from £1+. I usually pop in two or three time's a month to grab a few dvd's. I'd rather spend a tenner in Cex than pay for Netflix.
Good customer service all around and a large variety of tech, DVDs, and games/consoles! They're also very good for taking back any faulty games. The only downside, for me at least, is that the music volume is really loud most of the time.
Great if you're an electronics nut and/or video games addict like me! I've bought loads of stuff from CeX over the years and have had very few complaints. They've always been quick to resolve any issues I've had. Really good people to deal with. Highly Recommended.

I prefer to go to cex than cash converters for my kids games because they have a better selection. The only thing I would say is their prices are not that great. Sometimes it is just as cheap to buy the game new than it is to buy it 2nd hand from here. The only advantage is if you trade a game in you may save something.
Great little store. Always clean and tidy with a great range of stock. Staff are mostly friendly and knowledgeable. There's one that isn't, but that's true of every business. My most recent experience was very positive and would highly recommend them for buying and selling. 24 month warranty on goods that even the manufacturer only guarantees 12? Simply brilliant. eReceipts offered also keep you right should anything go wrong.
