Well all I can say is that the "undesirables" that hang around the palace definitely lower boots standards.

Very disappointed 
I went this afternoon to buy a new foundation from the Lancôme counter 
There was no one on the counter but there were three beauty assistants standing chatting at the perfume display 
I tried to attract attention but was ignored initially but after a couple of minutes a woman came over to me, 
I asked for some help to choose a new foundation only to be told that the usual woman was on a training course and that she herself could not help me
I asked if one of the other women could help but unfortunately ,although still chatting , they couldn't help me either  even although I recognised one of them as she had helped me before but apparently she only does Clinique now
She asked if I could come back on Thursday or perhaps she said I should go to debenhams as they are quite good there
