Our popular swimming lesson programme runs throughout the week, providing quality ASA approved teaching for children and adults learning a life long skill. We are one of a small number of businesses in Cumbria to provide Changing Places disability toilet facilities, helping to make the centre accessible to everyone. Our aim is to ensure that whatever your age or ability, we have something here to keep you active and healthy - and of course enjoying your leisure time!"
