My Thoughts and OpinionsnnnnnHigh Quality Gymnn‍ High quality gym with top-notch machinery and exceptionally friendly staff.nn Great showering and changing facilities—always clean and well-maintained.nn Wide selection of protein-based products ranging from tubs of protein to bars and freshly made shakes.nn They even have a coffee machine for a quick caffeine boost.nn The atmosphere is motivating and welcoming, perfect for both beginners and seasoned athletes.nn‍ They offer a variety of classes and personal training options to help you reach your fitness goals.nnHighly recommend!
My journey with Xtreme began back in October ’19 when I bite the bullet & nervously joined Xtreme Lean to get fitter & healthier. I started to go to the PT classes which were brilliant, small and friendly & gain the confidence to actually go into the gym on my own Ladies Room only though nDuring lockdown I become a member & regularly attend up to 4 times a week, even go in the free weights room on my own now! I have also signed up for 1:1 PT sessions with Ben & Vicki’s Spinning classes which always avoided, too much cardioare hard but feel amazing afterwards.nIt’s been a total lifestyle change for me & become more of a hobby & somewhere I feel comfortable, which is all down to Lee & his team & the other members making me feel so welcome & safe.nThe covid19 safety measures in place are fantastic, while keeping members & staff safe.nAmazing gym wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve had the pleasure of working around the world and I’ve trained in some great gyms. Having relocated back to the UK this local gym is fantastic, it has everything anyone would need from beginners to advanced.nClasses to powerlifting and bodybuilding. This gym has it all.nThe staff are always happy and friendly.nA great place to train
Great gym! Huge amount of high quality equipment, good value for money I got a week's pass when staying in the area and super friendly staff
