Fantastic Victorian health suite lots of character very clean . You pay at baths walk down the road 1minute . They give you a token and a wrist band the token gains you access box at door  .put band on prior to going in as this is proof of payment . It appears people are letting people in with out paying. may remind people non payment is theft and you could end up with a criminal record !
My band did come off but I kept receipt staff did see my band on however during shift change I was correctly questioned when the member of staff noticed. I showed my receipt however YOU MUST HAVE wrist band on this occasion I was fine . Just doing his job !
Highly recommend a visit I would say use it or lose it . The staff are exceptional see you again

Just phoned and spoke Steph, going down to Carlisle on business today and tried to book a one day pass Steph was brilliant sorted it all out for me, gave me all the information I needed and I’m looking forward to my work out and swim later on , thanks

Nice staff, clean and tidy. Lacking in seating it's a long 45mins standing. the coffee machine is not good for tea or hot chocolate.

Good clean swimming pool but the facilities are awful. The lockers are out dated and most of them don't work. The same about the showers, no cubicles and button operated and we'll out of date.

Staff have been very friendly and helpful. Definitely made positive progress and improvements whilst swimming there every week.
