This dealership gave me the impression that we had a deal with my p/x against an 08 reg Renault Trafic after contacting them one day and further details passed between us the following day suggested the same, however, after I queried 6 advisory items that were apparent on the 2015-2016 MOT but had completely disappeared on the 2016-2017 MOT, I was told that there was 2 faults on the windscreen ( chips ) that were still present, this had been showing since the 2014-2015 MOT . I queried why they were showing on 2 previous MOT certificates and not the last one issued, I got word later that day that the vehicle had been sold ??????. It is now 5 days later and the vehicle is still for sale both on their website and ebay. Andrew at the dealership told me that the vehicle had not been tested by them, obviously trying to make a statement that they were not aware of the advisory items. However, I was not even aware that they run a MOT Testing Station and can only assume this may have came from a guilty conscience. I believe they lied about the sale of the vehicle which makes me sceptical of anything they claim regards the MOT. Kendal Car Centre Ltd claim that it is the MOT testers decision whether or not advisory items should be included. I would have thought it was within the remit of the tester to include all previous advisory items until such time that they became a failure or were repaired, more so windscreen damage. Having put these questions to Kendal Car Centre Ltd I have not received a reply. A.G.W.

We always uses Kendal Car Centre for ask our cars servicing and MOT's. Very efficient, they're honest, they actually explain what's wrong rather than just talking rubbish and saying it will cost X. Very very good!
